Case overview

Concorde Capital has been a major player in Ukraine’s investment market since 2004, handling investment banking, brokerage, and debt restructuring. The company has helped raise over $4 billion across multiple sectors of the economy. They came to us with a clear problem: their IT infrastructure wasn’t keeping up with the sensitivity of the data they handle. Client data protection was their top priority — and their existing systems had gaps. We rebuilt their infrastructure, hardened their security, and implemented a business continuity plan that brought uptime to 99.98%.

Ensuring Business Continuity
The Brief
Concorde Capital’s IT was fragmented. Each department handled data protection and backups on its own — no unified approach, no company-wide standards. For a firm managing billions in client assets, that’s a serious risk. They needed a full IT audit to find vulnerabilities, unify processes across departments, and build a system where IT and business teams work as one. The goal: a secure, standardized infrastructure that protects personal data and keeps the business running no matter what.
Our Approach

We structured the project around four pillars:
IT Infrastructure Upgrade:
Overhauled the core infrastructure from the ground up. Built a systematic backup and recovery framework — critical data is protected and recoverable fast. Designed and implemented a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to keep operations running through any failure scenario.
Cloud Environment Enhancement:
Hardened the cloud setup with encryption and redundancy. Personal and sensitive data is now protected at rest and in transit. Integrated BCP into the cloud layer for rapid failover and recovery.
Network Environment Modernization:
Rebuilt the network to support the new infrastructure and cloud environment securely. Deployed secure communication channels and strengthened defenses against external threats. BCP embedded at the network level.
Monitoring System Implementation:
Deployed real-time monitoring across all environments — infrastructure, cloud, and network. Configured alerts for backup failures and security incidents for immediate response.
The Results

95%
Reduction in data breaches year-over-year after implementing new data protection measures.
80%
Faster data retrieval through standardized backup and recovery protocols.
99.98%
System uptime, up from 99.5%, with the new Business Continuity Plan in place.
