Many people have Claude or ChatGPT open all day. Until now, asking it about a project meant copying the status or the task list into the chat first, and the answer went out of date as soon as the project moved on.
Now you can connect the assistant you already use to Syntra. It sees your projects, tasks, risks and sprints as they are right now and, where your workspace allows it, makes changes for you.
What you can ask
You ask in plain words, the way you would ask a colleague:
- “What is burning across my projects this week?”
- “Move the ERP release to Friday and add a supply risk.”
- “Prepare a short status on all IT projects for my manager.”
You see the week at a glance without opening every project. You move a date without leaving the chat. And nobody has to write the status for the manager by hand.
The assistant answers from the current data in Syntra. If a deadline moved an hour ago, it already knows.
How to start
- Open Syntra in Claude’s connector directory and click Connect.
- Sign in to Syntra and choose your workspace.
- Ask your first question in a new chat.

What the assistant sees
Only what you can see. The assistant works with your rights in Syntra: the same projects, the same access. If you cannot open a project, the assistant cannot see it either. Anything it changes shows up in Syntra under your name, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Why we built it this way
Your team keeps the assistant it already knows and already pays for, and Syntra remains the one place where the projects live. Nobody has to copy anything into the chat, and everyone works from the same numbers.
If you prefer to work inside Syntra, its built-in AI is still there.
