Case overview

Mute.Design makes acoustic products that improve how people communicate in open spaces — blending high-performance acoustics with clean, timeless design. As their product range grew, so did the complexity of their supply chain. Manual processes that worked for a small catalog couldn’t keep up with scale. We analyzed their operations end to end and automated the product delivery pipeline — from order to fulfillment.

Process Automation

The Brief
Mute.Design’s product catalog was expanding, but their supply chain was still running on manual processes. Tracking orders, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries — all of it was becoming a bottleneck. They needed an automated system that could scale with the business and give them real-time visibility into every stage of the pipeline.

Our Approach
We mapped every workflow in the supply chain — who does what, at which stage, and how long it takes. Then we built a digital transformation plan around three layers: BI-powered analytics for real-time decision-making, cloud-based data management for centralized visibility, and task automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks. IoT devices were deployed to monitor supply chain movement, and AI-driven predictive analytics now flag potential disruptions before they happen. The result: a fully automated pipeline that replaced guesswork with data.
The Results
35% productivity boost from automated workflows. Supply chain disruptions cut by half with IoT monitoring and predictive analytics. Project success rate up 20% thanks to real-time data and better decision-making. Operational costs down 25% across the board.
50%
