Pankas Group is a European road construction and maintenance company based in Denmark — asphalt production, milling, recycling, bitumen emulsions, soil stabilization. Their factory handles heavy daily traffic: employees, suppliers, contractors moving through the site constantly. They had no centralized way to track who’s where, when, or whether they should be there at all. The Brief
A large factory in Denmark with dozens of people crossing the site daily — employees, suppliers, contractors. No reliable access control, no centralized monitoring. Given the scale of the facility and the value of materials and equipment on site, the risk of unauthorized access, theft, or safety incidents was real and growing.
Our Approach
We started by mapping how people actually move through the facility — employees, contractors, deliveries. Identified critical access points and high-risk zones. Then we deployed an AI-based access control system that automatically recognizes individuals, logs entry and exit times, and controls zone-level access. Built-in analytics detect anomalies in real time and alert the right managers before incidents escalate.
