The Brief
Svit Agro Group was a collection of companies, not a system. Each entity had its own processes, accounting structure, and IT setup. No centralized management, no unified procurement, no standard procedures for how business and IT departments interact. The group needed to become one — with shared infrastructure, shared standards, and shared visibility across all operations.

Our Approach
The project covered three areas: IT-Business interaction, infrastructure, and automation.
We built a Service Desk from scratch — requests are now auto-routed, categorized, and tracked against SLAs. Business teams finally have a single point of contact for IT issues instead of chasing people on the phone.
We upgraded the infrastructure with centralized workstation management, data protection, and reliable communication channels — bringing service availability to 99.95%.
On the automation side, we implemented single sign-on across all key systems, centralized access control, and a structured update management process.
